This is very interesting, our business is going through rough times right now and the more I read about business coaching the more I think that is what we need. We need someone to come in and show us what we are doing wrong and train us in how to do it right. We all want to make money and we all need to be on the same page but we need help.
I need more of a life coach I think rather than a business coach. But a business coach will be a good start, when you go into business the idea that you have is to make money and see things begin to grow so when your first two items on the list were “Results and “Profit I knew I was reading the right article. These are things I’m not seeing yet.
Results is a big thing with me, I want to see results for the hours I put in and when I sit back and look around me at the amount of work that I still have to do and it seems I have accomplished nothing after 8 straight hours then I know something is wrong. You should see a huge dent in what you are doing in that amount of time. I need a coach.
Nelson, I’m with you buddy I know this is the kind of thing we need to move our business forward and we all want to make money just like you do so I am seriously thinking about finding a business coach. I have seen this kind of thing before and I really think it is the answer to a lot of our problems, obviously not all but the majority.
Betty, how long have you been in business that you are not seeing the results and things that you would like to? You are right after you put in a full 8 hours of work you should see a major dent in the amount of work you still have to do. If you aren’t then you are just working harder not smarter. Please follow through and get a business coach, it really helped me.
We could all use a life coach at times Aaron and like you I was extremely excited about this article when I first saw what the top of the list were that was going to be discussed. I’ve found that the number one thing for me to make progress during the day and actually make some money is to be organized. But I had to learn how to organize ,a coach can teach you that.
